Still Isolated

Technology is

a two-edged sword

in this modern world

we communicate more

online yet remain

lonely at the core

souls still isolated

and time poor

wasted on the internet

lacking all warmth

of physical contact

lost as we form

much closer bonds with

our indispensable phones.
